As I was washing breakfast dishes this morning it hit me. Why do I continue to use Dawn detergent when I know it ruins my nails? It's not just because I buy a 96 ounce bottle for pennies at BJ's although that is part of it. Is it because I'm a Taurus and resist change, that's part of it too. Is it because I have gloves on the counter by the sink and all I have to do it wear them?
When I know something is not good for me and keep doing it do I fit the definition for crazy? You know that one that says doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. My justification is the Dawn does work on the grease and spots.
So today as I ponder decisions made, I went to Food Lion and bought Ivory Liquid. It's just dish detergent but it's a start.
